Super simple but super important point

The best days, weeks and months of my life were when I took soo many videos and photos.

Look, your life is compiled of TIME

The more you remember, the more life you think you’ve had

And the worst feeling is to have a week go by

And it felt like it flew by quickly

Because you weren’t doing enough.

Now don’t take random photos

I used to post random shit posts when I started on Instagram in the name of “Posting”

You gotta be doing things EVERY DAY that are actually worth recording

And when you look back at your camera roll

You will feel proud of yourself for going out there every day and trying something cool

Today i’m going to Wet and Wild (A water park in Australia) for the first time

Not necessarily work-related but a memory nonetheless

Take more photos and videos as they are free to do

Bonus point

If you see yourself as a successful person (hope that’s everyone here)

Then these images and videos are so valuable to show people where you were 1-2 years ago and build more credibility

Preparing Tasks the night befor

If you don’t make task lists in general

WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUSLY DOING MATE

You have to have a destination before you start the journey

So you must find out what you want out of life

“I want to make online money“ “I want to be in fantastic physical shape“

These are great basics BUT

Break it down daily, what you need to do

Even if you don’t know exactly

Start with something that you know will definitely help you get closer to your goals

Example:

End result is “I want a six pack”

Your daily task will revolve around something like this

  • Drink 3L

  • 10min Ab workout

  • 2 Scoops of protein

  • Weigh myself and track my weight

  • Stick to the diet plan

as the title of this email 1% improvments

add 1 new Task a day that could make your day just that little bit better

For me recently

  • Wake up early

  • Assign tasks with times of the day

  • Get clothes for day the night before
